Update..

Last week I went to JMZ's (Jedi Master Z... Duh!!) And finally finally ported the TP Heads!!! Must say that they looking WICKED!!! 456 but they are gonna kick ass!!!

But the real BIG news is that TF is being cut and remoulded at the boat shop so I will get IT back tomorrow all aligned, remolded and droped in front....super sexy!!! Fcuk I cant wait. After that its the roll cage, doors. windows and engine!!! then ZOOOOOOOMMMMM ZOOOOOOMMMM ZOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!! and then a whole shitload of more work.........

Decided not to cut and drop the front as I would have had streagth issues but it done and ready to be bolted down and have the roll cage assembled... Then I can look at the door hinges, I know Tony, I know.... i am also planning to ClearGell the body Black so that when its sprayed and gets a scratch the white wont show.. The boat builders will do that for me aswell and at the same time fit the rear wing from DaveR, a German look front spoiler, re-worked FR wheel arcs and an Orange on the ariel... :D

Now I wish I could get over this flu been 5 days in bed and still sick... :evil:

As Vader isnt updating anything, I'll report that the two of us have been making a little slow progress on the 1915 engine for the Tie fighter.
Nothing special, but making progress.

He seems to spend more time getting his gas mixture right than anything else.....

Anyway, bottom end is together, heads are ported, valves lapped in, 3 angle valve grind done, barrels decked correctly, heads assembled... I think the next step is to begin putting the long block together. O yes, still need to set endplay.... next week maybe?

Thanks Tony further update need to add a 4th shim to bring the end play closer to 0.1... Somewhere along the line my grand nut got swopped and one relief velve went missing!?!?! Also need TP tin as I have upgraded to Twin ports!!! Extra power is never enough!!!
