Patience, my dear!
The 2.4 is in pieces and I don't have any decent pics yet. Everything has to be checked. When it's ready for assembly Bugger can start a new thread. The bus will in any case only be renovated next year when I have space for such a project.

I think it's a 2.0l that was bumped up to 2.4. Will keep you updated on the progress.

A quick update. Went to the upholsterers today to drop the rear seats for trimming and to discuss the interior. Also had a look at the soft top after completion.

Hopefully we'll still get time to work on the front and rear suspension, as well as the gearbox before I have to leave again.
Happy now Bugger?

Hey Bugger/ BF
Good work guys...
Bugger wrote:
The front end I painted and I have built a bracket that fits on my engine stand with a cut off front piece of a rusted old chassis and bolted the H-beam up to that so I could assemble all the electroplated goodies to the beam and all the urethane bits with the thicker anti roll bar with the vented crosdrilled discs
Will keep you guys posted
Could you please post a few pics of this assembly... cause at one stage i thought this thread was about breaks and cross drilled disks... and not about a Cabrio..lol
Keep going guys... looking good..
