So to Vader's point....the market increased 3 fold the takings from other weeks so I agree a great result. I really enjoyed..... :flash:

thanks for the edit, now I can put names with faces, you know for us living half a world away we talk with you but have no idea how everybody looks. And this is great. thanks. The meet looks like it was great fun. We have a few VW/Audi shows coming up in June and a hot rod show later this month, and then the biggie in July, the good Goodguys Hot Rod show. I am going to try and make all and will post pics of them.

Hi Dutch, still sitting in Namibia. My daughters name is Tarren.............thought i should correct you on this cause every time you write it u say (i think) sweet. Cool photo's that we have here. I sure it will inspire lots of others to join next time.

Come on guys....who's going to do the next one????? HR, Dirk, Vader or Niel or Mudrick.......Henry come on guys.......lets get this thing going......I will always support it, just do not have the wheels as yet, will have to put up with my Toyota in the meantime. If we organise the next one for 1st or 2nd weekend in June, I can't make it.....make it the 3rd and I should have the beetle here :)

OK Guys in Cape Town I will be doing the July meet. It will either be on the 12th or 19th July as these are the only 2 dates that Ron&Gill are available. We will most probably do a breakfast run which will end with breakfast at the "Speedway 105" cafe. It is at the old German club so I will be very welcome there. :twisted: Have spoken to the owner and he is all go!

For those of you that want to check this place out, go on a Friday night and listen to some decent AC/DC tunes.

It is off Hope street in central CT. so PM me for details.
