Why don't you make your own?? Cardboard or something more resilient covered in vinyl or carpet...

When I say cardboard, it was a type of a formed black hardboard.

CTBUG, if your interested you can come and have a look at mine.

It's very easy to copy and then painted black.I used to make my own.

Do you push the switch upwards to get the the wipers on? Or is the off position on top?

And my solution would be to intermittently switch them on and off... A lot less work and more time to spend on the seatcover....
