I done the toe in today and spaced the front wheels due to a scraping sound which turned out to be the tie rod scraping against the edge of the rim.
Took some more pics of my garage queen.........

So no more scraping issues with the small wheels , may need to get longer wheel studs due to the 6mm spacers inserted just for peace of mind.
Rear shoes have been adjusted , handbrake works. To tell you the truth the brakes dont feel much better than what they were previously with the old drum system. I have bled the brakes twice already and the pedal is hard.
My turning circle is also wider,,,,
I wrapped the exhaust today

Is the type 4 in? Sorry I'm asking now only but for some reason I cannot view all the pictures as it only presents a tiny icon saying image...

Im running a single port beetle engine at the moment, ended up sticking that 1700 type 4 into a kombi.
