Yes the thinners worked brilliantly.
And The African Grey didn't mind at all,it was 12:00 at night,so he was sleeping.When he is awake he won't shut up.One of these days I'm going to cook him with a nice mushroom sauce!

I put the engine in today,only to find out it does not turn.I took it out again,and the engine still would not turn.it was extremely tight.So i gave Bugger a call,and he said Imust have a look at the fly wheel.
BAB also pitched up,and after checking everything out,found that the damned new crankpulley that I bought from Goldwagen was binding to the case.
It took us an hour to get the thing of.Luckally,the mech. that helped us had a genuine one at home,sprayed it and voila,it turns again.
The engine is back in,and is turning with no problems.

As I mentioned sometimes the Guys do the end float to little then the back main sieze up Luckily it was only a Over size front Pully hell of alot less Painfull but still anoing
Shows you sales people do not know thier produck 90% of the time

This morning ,went to buy a coupler for the selector shaft.Paid R50 for it.Got back home,and it took me 20 min. to install.I now have gears!!

Bad ass bob brought me another little piece of the puzzle tonight.
A stanless steel shaft for the handbrake lever,and I tell you what,he did a damn nice job on it!
