Well it's actually a newer one than the original. We got mine apart. Pierre helixed (sp?) the gears and got the whole thing looking spanking new and then found the synchro rings to be unique to that era ie. the 1200 box. VERY hard to find synchro rings for it so we had to resort to a later box... It's marvelous and shifts like a new car! Standard 1500 box.
