Happy to send a bottle of whiskey/vodka/pink drink to someone who might be able to decipher a VIN plate and tell me more about the van?

I think what Daniel is asking is does anyone have a contact who can run a VIN through "the system" and confirm that it is not reported stolen and whether it's on Natis and has back licence.
