Try Alert Engine Parts
I got all my engine parts here in Cape Town mainly from Masterparts and Alert
Main,Conrod and Cam bearings Mahle brand you also get ACL rod bearings as well as AE brand and Kolbenschmidt brand in the main and con rod and cam bearings I think the Kolbenschmidt are the best but more expensive I have only used the Mahle and ACL bearings they seem fine
Piston Rings I've got grant ones I've used them before they seem to last well Masterparts sell them bought a set a few months ago R146 inc Vat

Its alert engine spares/parts, so dont look for masterparts
