'67 Ghia Refurb

My '67 Ghia is due for a full refurb. It isn't in bad shape really, but I want to get it tip top - all the rust cut out, reupholster, and rebuild the engine. Not sure where to start, would appreciate tips on:

Good panel beater - one that cuts, welds and uses lead, not body filler
Good resprayer
Good engine rebuilder - it is a real Ghia 1500 engine that I would like to re-bore out to 1700 or so
Good chromer

I am in Cape Town, so if possible, please refer to Cape Town places.

Thanks

Greg

Thanks guys for the suggestions.

Here she is from a few years ago: http://img696.imageshack.us/si.php?img=dscn2537.jpg

She looks pretty much the same although has been boxed for the past three years.

Can anyone give some indication on costs that I am looking at - I know it depends what I want done, but basically fix rust spots in various places (nothing major) and full respray, pus new interior (carpets, headliner, upholstery) and refurb the engine with no major upgrades.

Got a baby coming in 6 weeks so not really sure where I will get the money or time, but it is nice to dream...
