My Turbo Corsa

My Bug has been my daily driver for quite a while now,
because my corsa is in for a little :wink: heart transplant
The car is about 80% complete now
Just a teaser pic :mrgreen:
Specs :
2L 16V head,TS block,TS conrods,Arias pistons,Arp bolts,Some hybrid Turbo :wink: ,Turbonetics wastegate,nitro performance dumpvale,48 plate oil cooler, massive intercooler, Gotech fuelmanagement,F18 box, 6puk copper clutch(i think),monza struts, bigger discs(grooved)...

nice.... will be a monster - bring it to the coast and we'll see how well it runs.

Its a 6 puck clutch BTW. I doubt it is even possible to get a 6 plate clutch (for cars) outside of the hardcore drag racing industry.

This is a 4 puck clutch

Sorry guys... imageshack is a bit slow.....
Note that the radiator also needed to be moved because the turbo is too big and is in the way

Transmision and sideshafts ?? With that kind of kombo they are bound to give up the ghost at the first burnout ???

You better start exercising your left leg to operate that clutch!!

Button clutches are like on/off switches. Either you're going or you're not. Puts a lot of extra stress on the drive train.

But it is worth it!! It also lets go when you want it to let go!

With that clutch you need to pray you never get to sit in bumper to bumper traffic :shock: very frustrating and very sore leg :lol:
