VW T3 Microbus / Caravelle Front Spoiler

Anyone who has enquired about a front spoiler, or parts thereof for a VW T3 Microbus or Caravelle in the last couple of months will know that the entire set of five parts has been discontinued by Volkswagen and there is nothing left in the country. Pretty much nothing left anywhere in the world for that matter.
A contact in Germany was able to establish who the OEM parts supplier was and I have been in contact with them as of today and they still have all the tooling. Unfortunately they can't just start a fresh production run, as they are still under contract to VW and the worrying thing is that the tooling has been scheduled for destruction. Either VW have to place an order, or they have to relinquish their hold on the tooling and I will tackle that issue shortly.
I'm trying to establish how many people/companies would be interested, as the more there are, the more likely it will be to have another batch produced. Would I find a requirement for 100 worldwide, or even 250?
