VW Fastback (type 3) - Les

Project initiation - highly interested to start my project on my type 3 fastback! Need an engine for it. Anyone know about a COMPLETE type 3? Urgent please!
Pictures as promised - Mom took em with cell phone and SMS is to me! Tx MOM!!

If you have a fastback, it isn't a Variant. Post some pictures of your project, we all love Type 3's

and another Fasty surfaces.
Nice Les.
Will keep an eye out for any Type 3 parts. Calooker has a Type 4 motor that could fit with some modifications. Not bolt-on but not ridiculously difficult either. Just a thought.....

GREAT! The engine I have is A OK! THANKS DAD AND LEN (BROTHER-IN-LAW):hangloose:
. They were so kind to put new rings and big-ends on the block. Sleeves were still standard and was just honed clean and new standard rings were put on, in 2004. DAD passed on in 2004,

I need the following,
1. Single port carb and inlet manifold.
2. Generator.
3. Distributor - Is there an electronic one of another car that can work? Coil?
4. Exhaust silencer system/ performance silencer?
Any suggestions, andyone who has spare parts?
