Did anyone manage to get info on these cars and whether the owner is selling spares or not ? I fancy those snowflakes and the split bug ...

Spot on - This I've heard from someone in your neck of the woods as well...

The kids are not interested in selling and are very curt when anyone asks them about the cars. I sincerely hope that they do not get crushed for scrap, that is usually what happens in cases like these :evil:

If there is a hunting party been put together then count me in, perhaps a mass offer to clear the land may help. Don't have space for another vehicle but that's never stopped me in the past ;)

poor beetles no one to love them :( what a shame hope some one rescues them and takes care of them soon ,actually :( and sure you guys feel the same way .
