What does the chart mean when it says - spring plate 10 degrees or spring plate 20 degrees

The rear spring plate is attached to the splined shaft. The shaft has splines on both ends, but a different number on each end. This allows very fine adjustments of the ride height.
As you can see, if you drop the rear by one spline only on the inside, you get a 9deg drop or 6cm. 9 deg is the amount the spring plate will change by (9 deg upwards...)
