Just a quick comment and question regarding insurance. I've been trying to get insurance for my Oval, and the best i managed was to insure it for R3000. The same idiots wants to insure my Bay for R6000, wtf man, the sunroof's worth more than that !!

Does anyone know of local insurers for classic vehicles???

Santam will insured your vehicle for the agreed value, provided you can submit an independant valuation certificate.

I am busy with this very process for the 1970 Opel Rekord I have built for a customer. Will keep you posted as to progress and the outcome.
