http://www.mooreparts.com

I want to order a few hundred US $ worth of kit from them as their prices seem killer compared to CIP1...

You managed to find an email addy on their site!? :o

I'm a little nervous as I can't find many reviews on them online - only 1 [good] one so far, but their prices are brilliant, and the stuff looks decent.

's up?

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, and try 'em later this month. Need some kit for my chassis. ;)

...have never heard of Serrano's, but will avoid. Thanks. :)

Serranos, BAD BAD, were good to start with but took me for a ride once too many times, don't go there.

Mmmkay. :)

Just browsing the CB Performance site, and Airkewld site...

I could spend the next decade's earnings on toys for my chassis.

I don't know what half the stuff is, but it sounds yummy!

*lol*

*daydreams about vrooooming! and drifting...*

...oh wait, that was on the way Home yesterday.

...had the bug so nicely sideways around this one bend in 3rd. ...for the rubber I lost of the tyres...it was worth it. :D

A good price can sometimes cost you. I tried to save some money a while back, going through a less known supplier. After many phone calls most of the parts was shipped 3 months after payment!

Not saying it's the same but beware!

Thanks for the tip, Didi. :)

I've been doing some more browsing, and with the exception of some camber adjusters, Kafer Cup bar, traction bar, and possibly an Air Ride kit later on, I will probably be making an order from CB Performance.

If anyone is making any orders in the near future, and wouldn't mind me adding the above 3 items (adjusters, and bars), I'd be interested. :)

Cheers, N.

Dont use CB, use aircooled.net. CB will only fly out their stuff, priority. A high roof case from them, will cost you $800 in shipping alone, $400+ for a set of head in shipping.

AC.net will do surface mail.

Serranos took me for a 15grand ride 11 months ago.... wasnt cheaper to use them... I learned the hard way.

Mmmkay, will check our the AC.net site later today and let you know how my browsing goes. ;)

...CB has some killer goodies though. ;)

Yes, and others sell their parts for the same price, just give them the CB part number and they'll get it for you. Shipping is the deciding factor.
You want to laugh??? Write to Marieanne at CB and ask her for a quote for a new aly case, a set of 044s and a crank. Ask her to include the shipping costs....

Forget it, save yourself the effort, I just found a quote she gave me in Jan 2006

"Heads will be about 400.00 Freight
The case will be about 600.00 Freight
For both the Freight will be about 800.00."

Thats in DOLLARS
FCK THAT!!!! :!: :!: :!:

Oooh goody!

I'll add to my query list for AirCooled.Net (Thanks Tony).

Those adjustable springplates look yummy!

...I think I'll go with AC.Net, but I've decided to hold of for a few weeks until I get the car, so I can see EXACTLY what it needs to get it ship-shape.

...something like that. :D

I'm half-excited, and half-dependant, because my bug is annoying me no-end in it's current state.

It only stays if it gets redone - end of story.
