Technician/Mechanic

I need a Beetle technician or someone that knows more about beetle electrical or starter problems. My beetle cant start, burns fuses. and it raining and cold for me to be taking taxis. PLEASE PLEASE I NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP BUT I CANT FIX ANYTHING THAT DOENT HAD A USB PORT HELP.
oh I'm in Cape Town (the weather description gave that one way) in the Goodhood area.
Available this Saturday and Sunday.
