My First Bug (years ago)

Hi Guys, a couple of pics of the life and death of my first car, a '73 bug.
My pride and joy, the first 3 pics are after all the mechanicals and the motor was redone and sorted, just paint & interior was needed(ok and maybe new wheels)
The last 3 pics was after the first summer rain, round a bend, over a barrier and through a precast wall, the only panel that was not bent was the passenger door!

Boet, if the battery was charged you could start the car when standing outside it, purred like a kitten or should I say tiger(the exhaust was a one off item I had made up).
Some guy bought it to use the pan and gear for a buggy he was building..

There, I fixed the photos.. Viewable again..

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to find out (trace?) where this car is now or if it's even on the e-natis system anymore?

I just love the Stance.

would have looked extra nice with some satin black and chrome rostyles.

I must agree with you on the rostyles, sometimes I wonder what the car would have looked like by now if I never had the accident..
Man, I loved that car! I just had so much fun in it..

I had a paint splinter in a finger on my left hand and a sore right shoulder that I hit the door with, that's all. All I can say is thank goodness for seatbelts and that I was in a beetle, if it was a plastic car then I'd probably have ended up in hospital or worse..

Oh, I'd still like to know if there's a way to trace this car, I'd so like to know what happened to it..
I still have the VIN and other numbers somewhere, I think I even have the tiny number plate as seen in the front window too.
