Chris sold this business a couple of months ago and retired. You may not be dealing with Chris himself.

265/70-15 is pushing it a bit for a buggy. If it doesnt hit on the outside, it may rub on the inside. 265s will increase your ratio by 20% compared to a Beetle.

235s is a good size for a bug but are expensive.

I have a set of S/H 265s. If you want to try them out before buying your own, you most welcome.

Cheers

Thanks for the offer. Really appreciated.
I fitted 275/60/15 and they seem to be OK.
I have not completed my buggy yet, so I have no idea what they are going to be like on the road. (Look cool though)
Had the rims done by chris walters brake centre.
Coated by Plastisan in Parow industria.
Tyres by Tyre.net in Goodwood (tyrenet.co.za)
All 3 very helpfull and good work.
Will use them again.
