What's the difference with dome hubcaps?

I have some where the VW emblem is only slightly raised from the rest of the 'cap, and others where the emblem is notably a higher emboss?

Not too sure but could be German and Brazillian. The ones off my German Busses are much deeper than the ones of the Fleetlines

I'm not so sure of that...my Fleetline has it's OG 'caps, and they're deep.
