I stand under correction, but Empi did not make 10 spokes and neither in 13". What u are referring to are Tiger wheels locally made in SA in the late 60s and early 70s. They came in a 5 spoke design, another i cant get to now and the ones u have.
HR I also have a set, complete with tyres and all the bits if u wanna check them out.
