PCD on split busses

I suppose so - 5 x 205 mm, like that of a Beetle? Even the early Bays had it, before they went over to front disk brakes.

I'm not entirely sure, but afaik, all German buses were the same, so you're good to go.

Let's say there's a splitty with a smaller PCD where does that come from? Would it be possible to fit bay drums?

You can fit Bay' drums, but I'm told it involves some mucking about with mods on on or both ends.

Why would you want to? I don't believe there'd be any substantial benefit to be gained.

Yes, all splits, and in fact all buses built between 1950 and 1970 have the same wide five stud pattern.

It is not too difficult to fit bay brakes to a split: the front discs need a custom mounting plate, and the rears slide right on to the split axle; just need a spacer.
