Lets build a forum engine!!

Ok guys, not sure if this has ever been done before, or if it's even feasible, but i reckon its time to put all the heads together and build an engine that gets decided on this forum. I'm not sure if it could work in this format, but lets give it a go and you guys can tell me what you think!
We'll divide each aspect of the motor into it's components. i.e.Type, Valve train, heads, pistons, crank, ignition carburation and so on. Any member who wants to put forward a suggestion can do so. Once i have the suggestions, we'll vote on which would work best for the budget, type of driving etc. (And lets not forget, if engine changes, you'll have to put some thought into gearbox combination too) Considering i'll be footing the cash, you'll have to work within my budget guidelines (the banks going to love me for this
) and of course i get to choose driving style etc. i'll put together what it is that i was hoping for! And yes, i'll build the engine that gets decided and pop it in the Speedster!! This wont be an overnight process (my wife might just shoot me when she sees the bills 
), but could get quite interesting considering everyone can have a say as to what goes in this puppy.
If you think this could be a good project for all, let me know. If not, I still hope to get advice when i do start building. I'll guage interest based on response. let the games (hopefully) begin.
