Who's shagin wagin in this?

Was walking through my company parking lot this afternoon and this caught my eye (or actually the flowers on it did) and decided to check this beauty out and what do I see??? Air-cooled VW SA sticker on the back....so who's cab is this?

That was beetlefanatic's bus, but I think he sold it recently.
