Following manuals for sale.
HOW TO KEEP A VOLKSWAGEN ALIVE - A MANUAL OF STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES FOR THE COMPLETE IDIOT. WRITTEN BY JOHN MUIR.This is a classic and I have done many rebuilds using no other book than this.
I also have an audio tape from John which is of Beetle engine sounds to help diagnose problems. It is included with the book.
The book is well used and has some fingerprints here and there. The front and back covers are off. But it is otherwise intact. R250
WORKSHOP MANUAL - VW PASSENGER CARS 1960
This is an original Wolfsburg manual with tab indexing. It is complete - no missing pages. Not only a true collectors item but also a goldmine of information on early Beetle workshop procedures. But, it is expensive - R 800
VOKSWAGEN ORIGINAL SERVICE MANUAL - BEETLE AND KARMANN GHIA 1966 - 1969
One of the best official service manuals. Very good pictures and friendly instructions. I enjoyed this book over the years. R160
CLYMER VW BEETLE SHOP MANUAL 1961 - 1979
Pretty good shop manual. Fills in some of the gaps left by others. Some colour illustrations to cheer up the job. R150
AUTOBOOKS BEETLE OWNERS WORKSHOP MANUAL BEETLE, SUPER BEETLE, KARMANN GHIA 1968 - 1977
Procedures assume some previous mechanical knowledge. Otherwise very good technical detail and job guidance. R150
VW BEETLE POCKET MECHANIC 1200cc TO 1600cc
An excellent quick reference booklet for tune up specs but also quite good for general repair and even ovehaul assistance. I always had this one in my pocket. The pages are a bit loose here and there but is otherwise intact. R100
Photographs of everything available. Just ask . Let me have your email address.
