Ding ding ding, Blitz you are on the ball today. Yes it is a wrist watch cover, also given to the line workers.

Still issued at the factory till this day.
no one is allowed to enter the factory with a steel strap without wearing one 0of these.

Nobody should be working on their car with a wristwatch on... so I was scolded by the guy who did the paint on the Ghia.
