Aircooled VW South Africa

I have decided to clean out my Aladdin's cave, as I have been hanging on to these for years and been gathering dust. All are used some have been rebuilt with new bits, kits etc. manifolds are for T1 based motor so will fit Beetle, Bus & KG. I do my best to get them to run on bolt on, but that they might need some fine tuning for your particular application as no 2 engines are the same. No China stuff here.

Twin Weber 44 IDF's complete setup incl. manifolds, new filters, linkage ram tubes, these are Italian made. R6500 (rare)
Twin Weber 40 IDF's complete setup incl. manifolds, filters, linkage ram tubes, these are Italian made. R5000
Twin single choke Weber 34 ICT complete setup incl. manifolds, new filters & linkage, these are Italian made R3750.
Twin Dellorto 40 DRLA carbs only, completely rebuilt by carb specialists with new kits. R3500. Not been run since re-build. (ultra rare)
Twin Dellorto 36 DRLA carbs & manifolds only , completely rebuilt by carb specialists with new kits, carbs only R4250. Not been run since re-build.
Twin single choke Solex H40/44EIS complete setup incl. manifolds, new filters & linkage R3750.

Ether of these setups will bolt on & go but it would be advisable to get them fine tuned properly on a dyno or the like. I can ship a set anywere in SA for R70.

Which of these will work best on a type 4 2L? Sorry not too clued on busses.

The Weber 34 ICT will be the closest to the stock setup, & will bolt on to your existing manifolds, I have a linkake for these to run on a T4.

I would love another set of 44's... but that is just the hoarder in me talking

The hoarder in me has also got me having too many carbs those that know my garage know of the cupboard full of carbs, now that my anti-hoarding medication has taken effect I decided to cut down. LoL both sets of 40 and 44 IDF's are SOLD.

Not surprisingly I also have a carb hoarding problem....
and no, thats not the carbs sitting above my belt.
