I have been using these LED bulbs to replace the normal 2 watt BA7 bulbs in my beetle speedo, and I have recently started replacing the same on my Bay bus dash binnacle. They simply fit into the same terminal, and last for yonks!

Available for Turn Signals, Oil, and Generator Lights as well as normal instrument illumination. LED's also offered for all VW dome lights, as well as BA15 number plate bulbs as well as Headlamp parking bulbs

LED BA7s bulbs (for Type 1s) are much brighter than standard filament 2 watt bulbs. These LEDs vividly illuminate standard gauge configurations and have a uniquely distributed 120º wide viewing angle. This is important because most LED bulbs emit light like a flashlight, focused out the end with no side illumination.

They are offered for all ACVW's. Please view the attachments so you can decide what you need. Either just the normal gauge illumination or any or all of the others.

They cost about $6 US each, and depending on who wants what Im sure I can place a bigger order and save on postage and customs duties.

Nice.................pity my 912 gauges use 15 of them.

I can get them for Porsche 356, 911 and 912 and 914 as well.

For your five 912 gauges, all 15 bulbs... currently sell for $75 for the kit.

Oh I know the price, just have to get around the fact that I'm paying about a grand for bulbs.

Unless you just take the illumination ones... 5 bulbs at $6 each.... just over R300.

The alternator orders come with an exciter, whereas the Gennie order does not need it.

'71 bus is 12V gennie

Full set of bulbs for both vehicle Rich? Check the attachment for bulb colour and count.

Muds, please get me a set for a 78 Bay. Why doesn't the kit for the late bay have a Gen/Alt bulb? I'm sure mine has oil and Gen.

Yes you are correct B... I have emailed him and await his response. Dont worry we can adjust the order for your alternator light.
