"I have a COMPLETE Hazet toolkit (round) for a beetle . Condition is immaculate, all tools present and unused. All tools have small Hazet sticker yellow stickers on them. Flocking in good shape. If you know what this is you will know the value if not google to see what they are selling for. Make a realistic offer ! If I deem your offer good will email photos."

Same guy who wanted more than R10K earlier this year... funny way of selling it.... only if your offer is worthy, do you get a photo..

The 1st email was 8K 2nd email 30 min later was R7k so like you say Muds only when it suits him does he send a pic,I never got one though.

Yes, the seller seems to be trying to wring the max out of it (and why not?), but I wouldn't make an offer without seeing what I was buying. From his description it sounds NOS.
Check thesamba.com for range of prices on these. Complete sets in unused condition are going for upwards of USD1,200. A forum member bought one in that condition a few years ago for R6.5k. So R7k sounds like fair value, but only you know whether it's worth that much (to you).

MY last kit I sold 2 months ago sold for R6,5 K to a local JHB guy... a forum member last year bought 2 NOS kits for almost R18 K each... So make him an offer Terry... obviously depending on the condition, like Fig says, they are a good investment.

Have found that if you remove the "made-by-date", the "use-before-date" is ineffective, and the "expiry-date" disappears.........

True there Herman, body was too abused in youth and later years now I must pay , but I enjoyed it so what the hell
