Guys,
just thought I'd post this, as it seems it's VERY few and far between when people actually use this function. If someone offers some helpful insights, or assists you with a question you asked, or is just generally being very helpful, besides offering a nice response and saying thanks, Also click on the THUMBS UP Icon which you can find at the top-right hand side of their response. it helps to say thanks to the individual for his efforts.
