Those industries quoted are hard industries to work in, speaking in generalarities, woman cant keep up with the levels of physical exertion needed......

As for equality in the boardroom, I have no problem with woman earning as much as men do in the same position, as long as the positions filled by those people were filled by said people on the merit of thier capability and not skin colour or the need for diversity.
