Help with Karmann Ghia Clutch cable

Good day guys!!
Its been an age since I have posted on the site - hope you are all well.
My daughter's Karmann Ghia has a broken clutch cable (or rather its held together with a couple of strands it seems) She lives in Sea Point. Is there anyone in the area who would consider fitting a new one - she is very happy to pay going rates. The car is in a garage under the house. Please let me know.
