I smell a rat. Either a fraud case, or someone who just Googled a generic buggy picture for his ad. Clearly a LHD car, with typcial US surroundings?

Scam no doubt.

Have you tried a reverse image search? There are a few scammers on gumtree and olx who lift images and descriptions straight of active ebay auctions and try to get a deposit out of you.
