Great Service

Hi guys
I am quick to complain and point out bad service but today I want to share a good story with you guys...(and no, its not an April fools joke!)
As you all know, my bus has been with Berg Motor Spares for weeks before I got her back last week (due to parts issues, not their fault!). Throughout the whole process I was informed and kept up to date on the progress of my bus. When I got her back last week paying the total bill was not a pleasant exercise
but considering what was done to my bus (engine, steering and brakes) I am sure that it is market related and fair.
Henry and Dirk provides a great service. I can highly recommend them. This was my first job at BMS and I already feel part of the family. Henry is proud of what he does and this to me says a lot. Dirk even phoned me this morning to check in and see how my bus is running. Guys, in my experience this kind of service is RARE!!!!
I am taking my bus to Villiersdorp this weekend so I will see how she handles. I am sure that nothing will go wrong, and even if something goes wrong I am 100% sure Henry and his team will sort it out for me.
