They are most certainly magnesium Ralle Wheels, which were available in a few different designs.

Not too bad - slightly less than 1500% price increase over the past 48 years lol

You would be able, with some effort, to make them look nice again. Question is wher will one find another pair to make it a complete set????

This is what a different Ralle mag looked like after I had it restored a couple of years ago. Was quite costly, and finding someone these days to weld magnesium can be difficult

Similar to the Puma rims? Had a set on my previous buggy. Only seen them in 14 inch in SA.

Yes, 14" but more rounded in the corners though.
