Aircooled VW South Africa

Hello All

I have one of the later alternators with an internal Bosch regulator (14V cutoff) with the attached brushes.
I suspect that the regulator may be busted, but I don't want to replace the entire alternator if possible.
Does anyone know if these regulators/brush packs are available in South Africa ( preferably in Pretoria ) and who can supply them?

Yes they are, I purchase them from my local spares shop, I'm sure any of the big shops should stock them here.

These guys had a while back.
