Would love to meet some "Air Cooled Family Members"

We (Nathaniel and Anita from Belgium) are exploring African trails with our VW bus "Beso del Sol". Because it's always a pleasure meeting "VW Family" we are very interested in meeting friends from Air Cooled Clubs or join them at meetings.
Of course we know very little of the African VW scene.
We would love to hear from you about Air cooled Clubs in South Africa or the surrounding country's and about upcoming events.

Thanks for your warming reply's. We're in Oudtshoorn now ( after a a beautiful drive to "Die Hel" @ the Gamaskloof ).
Heading for Cape Town next days, so we'll be there on November 6.

Hi guys

Beso del Sol is a 1989 T2 made in Brazil. While traveling South America with the backpack we bought it in Chile. Drove it all the way down to Ushuaia and then got the crazy idea to drive it up north to Alaska. After this adventure we shipped it to Belgium.
Now, two years later, the time has come for a African adventure.

We'll probably will arrive Thursday in Cape Town and looking forward to join the event!
