JUST ONE MORE... THIS TIME A BEETLE HELP
Well i got myself another project ,it basically got given to me
I will leave as is as much a possible and best of all its complete
Anybody know where i can get a 6v battery

Nice, looks like mine just a little worse for rust.
Why not try revive the battery. I managed to get mine up again after 20 years of standing and being dead as a dodo. See my thread somewhere on this forum. Think it was under technical. Will also have a look.

Vonde batteries in Maitland stock the Varta 6v battery, but you are going to be horrified at what they cost now.....

1:The owner cant find the papers
2:The last yearly license was paid in 1989 in Namibia
3:He lived in Nam, Went to stellenbosch university, Got married and stayed in stellies ,never got the car imported to SA
