Looking to keep this girl as stock as possible but ,get her mechanically 100% , obviously parts aren't that easy to come by so i'll be leaning on anyone who has parts cars to help me out . I'm in two minds about paint the paint condition appears good on photos but there are a few very dodgy repairs over the years. Currently I need a fuel pump for her , any advice on compatible pumps would be great , front seats needs love , carpets need love. electrics seem fine .Any Cape Town based leads would be great , meeting Tony on Saturday!

Midas sell the electric fuel pumps.

BUT.. you get a low pressure and a high pressure, I am not sure what pressure you need for your FI, so you will have o find out what pressure to buy.

Herman

Edited;- Sorry did not see the title (carb).... so you need the same electric as all the other aircooled which is a low pressure.

Looks nice.

The 411L (which came with twin solex carbs), uses the same mechanical fuel pump as the the kombis that have type 4 engines. (1700, 1800, and 2L).
