EARLIER THIS EVENING I READ AN EXCITING AND INTERESTING POST ABOUT A BARN FIND.
THE EXCITING PART WAS THE FIND. THE INTERESTING PART WAS THE FACT THAT 2 SEPARATE RESTORERS IN 2 SEPARATE PROVINCES WERE INVOLVED.

I POSED THE QUESTION.....

HOW ARE VINTAGE AND EAST COAST CLASSICS CONNECTED?

I HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED A VERY UNPLEASANT PHONE CALL FROM OLIVER AT EAST COAST CLASSICS IN WHICH HE THREATENED ME PHYSICALLY AND TOLD ME TO KEEP MY NOSE OUT OF HIS BUSINESS.
HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO OFFER TO COME TO MY HOME TO CARRY OUT THIS THREAT WHICH IS VERY KIND OF HIM BECAUSE EVERYONE KNOWS I DON'T HAVE THE SPARE CASH TO GO DOWN THERE.

IS THERE A MAFIA IN THE AIRCOOLED RESTORING COMMUNITY OR IS THIS JUST A TWISTED INDIVIDUAL ?

@ OLIVER..... I AM A VERY LIKABLE FELLOW; TO A POINT. MY BACKGROUND INCLUDES BOTH THE MILITARY AND POLICE. I AM A CURRENT PROVINCIAL SPORTSMAN IN 2 SPORTS. I WON'T OVERLOOK YOUR IGNORANCE AGAIN.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POST MAY WELL BE LOCKED OR REMOVED BUT I BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SHOWN UP FOR WHAT THEY ARE.

My Question is this...You posted :

in your own words...... but in both posts you never mentioned a single word about the Rare Bus found or what a rare special find it was that we shared on the forum .....only gibberish about your personal interests in the connecting relationships, some Mafia accusations and bull shit about some phone calls ...... sorry but i don't find any honesty in this.

I ASKED A COMPLETELY INNOCENT QUESTION NOT KNOWING ABOUT THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TWO BUSINESSES. I LOVE THE OLD FINDS. I VERY SELDOM DO A WRITE UP ABOUT THEM THOUGH, I WAIT AS DO MOST, FOR THE FINDER TO POST PICS ETC..... BEFORE GOING INTO ANY OF THAT.
AS MENTIONED EARLIER.....I WAS INTERESTED TO SEE THAT 2 SEPARATE BUSINESSES WERE INVOLVED WITH THE SAME VEHICLE. I HAVEN'T COME ACROSS THIS BEFORE.
THERE WERE NO "ACCUSATIONS" OF MAFIA, JUST ANOTHER QUESTION .
WHEN YOU RECEIVE THREATENING PHONE CALLS FROM A SIMPLE QUESTION ASKED IT MAKES YOU WONDER.
I'M NOT FUSSED ABOUT WETHER OR NOT YOU THINK IT'S "BULLSHIT" OR THAT YOU DON'T FIND ANY HONESTY IN IT.

A SIMPLE QUESTION. THAT'S ALL IT WAS.

Now guys is this not suppose to be a community for aircooled guys that share info get info and pass on. Whether it is jaffel pans, pink engines or welding/ grinding projects I think it is suppose to be about the aircooled community and if I can help somebody out with the little bit of knowledge I have to give my opinion and it helps or even help someone with collecting something they cannot get too why the hell not. I will have a better chance collecting something I cannot get to that is far away whether it is my New Russian wife from the CT airport or an aircooled part that I have been looking for.
