CARAVELLE 2.6I KICKS OUT WASH PLUG

good day guys
I am a new member of this family, I have a 1996 caravelle 2.6i 2 week ago I was driving it when I just heard a sound at the back and boiling water coming out, after stopping and inspecting I found out that some pipes have burst and the water bottle was sollen like it wanted to burst also, I called a mechanic who came and tried to start the bus, but after it started we wanted to top up water only to find out that the wash plug was kicked out also.
we towed it home and changed the top gasket and everything seemed ok, Sunday I took it for a drive and the same problem occurred again the wash plug was kicked out and the new water bottle has sollen again, please help.
