You will have to speak to Flat Four Racing to import one. they certainly aren't "off the shelf" items.

WE GOT OURS FROM CB PERFORMANCE IN THE USA.
IT HAS BEEN IN CYNDI'S BUS FOR AROUND 4 YEARS NOW AND HAS WORKED A TREAT. ALSO LOOKS TRICKED OUT.
JUST A WORD OF ADVICE....
WE HAVE HAD A FEW INCIDENTS OF THE NUT COMING LOOSE ON THE BOTTOM PULLEY BUT FORTUNATELY IT HAS BEEN CAUGHT BY THE TIN AND WE HAVEN'T LOST IT. IT IS ALUMINIUM SO IS QUITE SOFT AND WE HAVE BEEN HESITANT TO TIGHTEN IT TOO MUCH. THE PULLEY HAS NEVER COME LOOSE/OFF DUE TO THE WIDTH OF THE BELT AND THE RIDGES ON THE PULLEY, BUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT IT HAS WORN SOME OF THE ANODISING OFF THE PULLEY SO IT DOESN'T LOOK SO NICE AND NEW ANYMORE. I SUGGEST THAT YOU PERHAPS USE SOME KIND OF ADHESIVE ON THE THREADS WHEN FITTING TO PREVENT THIS PROBLEM. LOCKTITE MAY WORK BUT COULD BE A BIT OF OVERKILL? PERHAPS JUST SOME CONTACT ADHESIVE OF SOMETHING SIMILAR? I'M NOT AN EXPERT BUT THIS HAS BEEN OUR EXPERIENCE.

GOOD LUCK! IT'S A NICE SYSTEM AND WE'VE NEVER THROWN A BELT OR HAD ANY OTHER SERIOUS ISSUES (RELATED) SINCE WE FITTED IT.

Dave had a CB Performance kit in his store about a month ago.
I was there again on Saturday but didnt see it, might have sold it or just moved it.

I am in 98% done with production for a serpentine kit the 1st prototype will be ready in about 3-5 weeks , I would then like to use it on a car for a couple of weeks before we start supplying . Cost should be around R3800 to R4200 per kit .They will be sold via the "Aircooled Mafia" facebook page.

Mark - I also have the CB kit. My bolt also came loose once.
Take off the washer that comes with the kit and throw it away. Install a stock VW washer and then refit the bolt.
Problem solved.

DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE WASHERS?

They are supposed to be Belleville washers, but the CB one deforms permanently once installed.
