Bolt grades

Hi, I need some advice please. I have 2 sets of bolts for a wbx flywheel. One is std 20.9 grade cap screws the 2nd is bolts with a marking of b100 (imperial grade I think). Can someone enlighten me on the strength of the b100 bolts? I found on google that it is the hardness of the steel but I have no idea how it compares to 10.9 or 12.9 grade. I went looking for some 12.9 grade cap screws at a bolt and nut shop but they don't stock the threads I need in 12.9.

Thanks
