Anyone got a fix for the dreaded rusted off Acc pedal? You know what I mean or must a draw a picture?

I've got the same problem

Just buy a normal hinge at a hardware shop and screw it on.

That's what I've done; works great.

I put two (orange) roller blade wheels on the accelerator bracket to replace the pedal. It works like a charm, almost like the accelerator wheel of those old split/oval Beetles. The wheels roll under your foot when you step on the accelerator

I have actuallu bought a golf one acc lever at the junk yuard and fits from the top now and a new cable from front to back
Will take a pic after feeling better ocured some 1st degree burns so it it ouch right now

had a run in with my one trucks diesel tank had a leak and just started to tack weld and the fumes had a bark at me the boys had the truck standing in the sun the whole morning while loading and did not know, the fumes was obviously so hot (welded numeristimes on diesel tanks before with no problems) and whusssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh

And again lucky me



The most impact was in my arm pit so that is eina
