Not Bad, her reg starts with LCY, but I like Goldie Lock's better than Lucy

Slimz, your passion for air-cooled comes through very strong!
I recently passed up on buying another Beetle because I already have three, but looking at your collection, I have a lot of catching up to do!

Picture 1 :is fitted with a Porsche engine
Picture 2 : has the sp stickers on it, on the vin checker it turned out to be a fun bug
Picture 3 :one of my favourites is the jeans beetle, original interior, one of 1400 produced in South Africa
Picture 4 : is a left hand 1600 dual carb

Lol it is a family fleet, my cousin and I got beetle juice running through our veins, every weekend we are busy with one thing or another, on the net looking for beetles, we do sell other ones that we restore, but has to go through the process, rubberised pan's, respray, reupholstered replacement of parts etc, currently we are busy with the silver sp and the sun bug, tho Goldi locks I am keeping, the ones parked under the ports aren't for sale, it is an addiction

They are a family fleet, my cousin Nazeer and I have beetle mania, most of the collection is his, has a full time spray painter, mech, panelbeater and upholster on hand..... lol apparently my wife complains that I have more time for the beetles then her. Can never have enough bug's, once bitten it is a way of life, I say go for it get that beetle before someone else comes along and snatches her up. Live the Aircooled Life

No, but a close Beetle buddy bought it. He's even more air-cooled crazy than I am, so I'm glad for him.
