It depends?.........how you deep your pockets,.....and how easily your foot "slips" off the clutch and how regularly it happens

If your budget is tight, maybe first look at the price difference between a new LUK/Valeo/Sachs and a recon 
Is there a Naskar near you....maybe even a Midas if you are friendly with the people they usually give some discount
