Piston rings 1600 engine

Hi Guys
I need some advice please.
I've removed my 1600 twin port engine from my 1976 1600S in order to replace the piston rings as I got very poor compression readings when I did that test.
Firstly it seems that I have a Standard size piston, it reads 85.45mm SPO. 05 on the piston.
I got a quote about R400 from Volkspares in Boksburg for a set of of new rings for the 4 pistons.
a) Can anyone recommend a good quality ring set and where can I buy it from or should I just take the set from Volkspares?
b) Do I just tell the ship its a standard size piston or do I need to still take measurements of the rings?
c) Can anyone recommend a good quality rear main oil seal and thrust bearing and where can I buy it from.
Thanks for the help guys.
Regards
