Colour 9, Bamboo, seems to be very similar as Sunset Yellow # 4 in another thread.

No problem. What is your email address? I guess anything is possible. The bamboo colour was one of the only four colours used on the Jeans...hopefully that Jeans is the right colour. And then VWSA also chopped and changed the colours so many times. The sunset yellow, code 04 in 1974 was the colour used on the fun bug and was a brighter yellow, not as pale as the bamboo, but not as bright as the SP...see Funbug here below, code 04 verified

Hi Bushpig. That stuff unfortunately does not exist. I know the colour name is Sunburst Yellow and the VIN plate code was 11... but no idea on the colour code / recipe.
