Beach Buggy tyres / wheels:

Hallo All.
I would really appreciate some advice from the members of this forum.
It is time to replace the tyres om my Beach Buggy (Beamish with 1.6 engine). I bought it a long time ago with the following tyres (Cooper Pro 60):
Rear: F60 14 (=225/60x14?)
Front: A60 13 (=195/60x13?)
No indication of size stamped on the (white steel) rims but based on those F60 and A60 tyres and rough measuring they should be 7.75-8 inch and around 6 inch.
Finding equivalent tyres will be difficult and very expensive.
So the question is: is there anything more affordable available that will work on those rims? Will 205/70x14 work at the rear? Or 205R14C? I really hate the "stretched tyre" look so do not want to go there if that will be the result.
Or should I start looking for other rims?
Overall, and apart from the cost consideration, I would prefer tyres that are a bit taller and a bit narrower than the current ones.
